If you read that title and it amused you enough to click on it, let me assure you, you and I are gonna be best friends. Not convinced? Take a look at that gastronomic bliss I'm devouring as I write this.

But let's not digress.

If you've ever been told off for eating too much peanut butter, this is your ultimate comeback guide!

For starters, just because it's called 'butter' doesn't mean its a blob of fat waiting to seize your pristine cardiovascular engine. 85% of the fat in peanut butter is actually Polyunsaturated & Monounsaturated. What's that you ask? The good fats! The one's you actually NEED!

Now onto fiber - the stuff that keeps things flowing (literally). Just 2 tablespoons of peanut butter give you over 7% of your daily required dose of fiber. So when the 'flow' seems off, run for that jar of peanut butter! Oh and did I mention that 2 tablespoons of peanut butter also fuel your body with 16% of your daily protein requirement? I mean protein = life! 
(P.s: Protein is the basic building block for muscle mass - which most of us lack in severity. The more muscle mass you have the more fat your body burns, the more fat your body burns...(blah-blah)...basically, it makes you look fabulous)

And to top it all off, (hang on - let me just handle this peanut butter trickling down my finger), peanut butter is also loaded with Iron, Vitamin B-6 and Magnesium. All of which are alarmingly deficient in most individuals in Pakistan, especially women. Ladies, take note!
