Amna's Natural & Organics is seeking an organized, hardworking, and motivated Admin Assistant to provide support to our Operations Manager with daily / weekly office tasks and customer interactions. Must be a positive and efficient worker who can handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This part-time position can lead to a full-time opportunity with Amna's Naturals & Organics in the near future.
This is a Female only Job working in a Female office under a Female Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- We need someone who is highly organized, task-oriented and has superior written and spoken English skills.
- Primary Tasks:
- 50% Office Admin
- 50% Customer Service & Communications
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in health and fitness is an absolute plus
- Knowledge of social media, facebook, instagram, twitter etc
- You have excellent interpersonal, team, and written and verbal communication skills
- You are proactive, have pristine organization skills and pay close attention to detail
- You can work under pressure to deliver excellent quality work on quick deadlines
- You are proficient with Google Drive software (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Job Type: Part-time
Education: A-levels or equivalent (a must)
