Ingredients:
Eggs - 3
Cheddar Cheese - 30 grams
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - to taste
Turmeric - to taste

Green Chillies
Bell Pepper (Capsicum)

Instructions:
- Crack open your eggs in a bowl and whisk
- Add your vegetables (chopped) & spices as desired and mix
- In a Pan, heat your coconut oil
- Drop the egg mixture in the hot pan and cover
- Once your egg is half cooked, add your cheese and cover the pan until done
- Serve in a plate and enjoy!
