Here is a quick and easy low carb recipe that you can use in your Keto Diet

Eggs - 3
Cheddar Cheese - 30 grams
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - to taste
Turmeric - to taste

Calories - 576
Fats - 52 grams
Proteins - 25 grams
Carbs - 2 grams

Optional Ingredients: 
You can add the following for taste without hindering your diet
Green Chillies
Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
Green Onion
Cilantro (Dhania)


  1. Crack open your eggs in a bowl and whisk
  2. Add your vegetables (chopped) & spices as desired and mix
  3. In a Pan, heat your coconut oil
  4. Drop the egg mixture in the hot pan and cover
  5. Once your egg is half cooked, add your cheese and cover the pan until done
  6. Serve in a plate and enjoy!
